What is MyHumovi

A movement, not a clinic.

MyHumovi (My-hum-o-vee) is a clinician-founded platform and community for Irish women navigating ADHD - especially through perimenopause. It turns years of clinical expertise and lived experience into practical, accessible support.

Like the hummingbird, MyHumovi represents resilience, movement and hope. Even when life feels overwhelming, small, intentional steps create meaningful progress.

“You don't have to do this alone.”

Whether you're newly diagnosed, still searching for answers, or finally making sense of your own story - there's a place for you here.

Who we help

Wherever you are on your ADHD journey, we'll help you find your next step.

Also parenting a child with ADHD? You're welcome here too - our community and resources are open to you.

Too many women reach perimenopause without answers. MyHumovi exists to change that.

MyHumovi should feel like arriving at a trusted friend's kitchen table after a difficult appointment - warm, calming, evidence-based and reassuring. Every step is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.
